We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any packages of 3 or more services. Single services require a minimum of 4 hours notice of cancellation. 50% of the total service fee will be charged for cancellations with less notice.

Appointments booked with gift certificates require the same notice and will be subject to the same cancellation fee or the gift certificate will be forfeited in place of cancellation charges.
